My fiancé and I went into this location today and was ignored by multiple associates. We were looking for tux colors to match the bridesmaid swatches we just got. We even were looking at colors next to an associate and was ignored the entire time. There were also other associates walking around the store doing nothing while we struggled to find all their color swatches and tuxedo options. Will definitely not be choosing this place to service my wedding this year.

My husband was in need of a suit and all the accessories to go with it. Employees never once acknowledged us, even after going up to the desk where an employee was standing, writing something down. To be respectful, we patiently waited for him to finish what he was writing; when he was done he just walked away without a word. After about 45 minutes of waiting we left. Took our business elsewhere to a shop who actually wanted the business and purchased from them. Should have looked at the reviews before we went.

Incredibly rude! Customer services definitely is not in their vocabulary! My husband went in to purchase a few items and was completely ignored and even had the man at the counter turn his back and walk away from him! I am 1200 miles away and called to speak to the manager and basically was told that they were just simply busy helping others and that no one was being ignored. Again, good customer service would have been to address the customer and let them know they would be with them as soon as they could. Not just turning your back and ignoring the person at the counter! Guess the other reviews about poor customer service should have been considered before he went in there to attempt to spend money!

Worse experience i ever had in my life ,got some pairs of shoes and suit ,returned them the next day, they said no exchange no returns..? so before you buy anything there, make sure u know they hiding policies

The moron they had there is gone. Ask for Dave. Courtney iss great, but Dave can see EXACTLY how a suit is supposed to wear on a man. Also, the phone number listed is not the one on the receipt, so you know the corporate folks are not doing their job.

Whoever is Jordan’s boss NEEDS TO GIVE HIM A RAISE his personality made my waiting in line absolutely worth it, very charismatic and polite, he answered all of the questions i had due to me never buying any dress shirts before. 10/10 ?

The way I was treated by people that work at the store during COVID, (these are people that work at men's wearhouse who acted as if they were public health experts.) Caused me to never ever do business with them again, used to be a solid customer.

Had an appointment to get some colors and styles picked out for my groom and his groomsmen and my dad. Somehow still had to wait for people who got there before me. Really didn’t feel like we were being taken seriously either. Groom only got to try on 2 coats that didn’t even fit closely at all, booth looked terrible. When I asked to try on other things I was told there was nothing else he could try on and was very much pressured into spending $500+ on a custom suit. Just really felt like a money grab to me. I was also pressured to order online. I can’t see spending that much money on a suit for our wedding and not being able to try it on prior. It’s wild to me. And having a whole store with apparently nothing else for him to try on. The two groomsmen that came didn’t even get to try on one. I don’t know. It may not have totally been the sales guys fault. Ended up going across the street to JCP and got a beautiful suit for $170. Perfect fit and gets to keep it. And $30 to RENT a tie from Men’s Warehouse? No thank you. I’m happy with my JCP deal.

My husband bought a pair of dress pants there at the beginning of June 2023. In August the material had already frayed leaving a hole so we took the pants back fully expecting them to stand behind their sales. They said since it’d been more than a month they couldn’t exchange them. So less than two months and the pants fall apart and they won’t stand behind them? We ended up leaving and will shop somewhere else but we had been loyal customers of Mens Warehouse since my husband has to wear dress clothes every day. We won’t be back

Dave was very helpful when I picked up my rental. He was also there when I return the rental. I used this company twice in one month and both times were delightfully! Would recommend them for any formal wear needs either for rental or to sale.
