Was greeted by the employees as soon as I entered the building and was asked if I needed assistance. The establishment was extremely clean as well as the animals enclosures.

All staff is super helpful, and Genesis, Desi, Logan, Jean, Becky, and Kylene do a great job in grooming. Our pups love Petco!

Very friendly employees, store is well stocked! Prices are decent. This became our favorite pet store to shop! My granddaughter purchased 2 mice for pets, they are very lively and fun to watch!

My dog, Jersey, was poisoned, and I had no idea I was bringing her in for her last visit. Doctor Laura and Ashley were amazing, and I can never articulate how much I appreciate them and for making Jersey’s last minutes the best they could possibly be.

I have been to this Petco twice. I returned the second time because I liked the product they had in stock and the associate who helped me. My second visit was a complete disappointment. There was an associate who was not helpful, and neither was Justin the manager on duty. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Petco, in general, seems okay, but going a little out of your way to avoid the staff here may be a good idea.

Went to check out. Placed my items on the counter. The girl with dark hair behind the checkout counter literally looked at me and my stuff and said “Oh I’m on break.” And WALKED AWAY from me and the checkout. There was one other cashier who was helping an Amazon delivery driver for 5 minutes, and I’m just waiting to check out. Neither cashier called for help. I had to literally leave my stuff and go find another employee just to check out. What the heck haha

I had been taking my 2 dogs here for a few years to get groomed and the last time I took my small dog he was extremely nervous and couldn’t get control of his breathing and within 2 hours he died. I will never go back to that store again! The groomers there are not compassionate with dogs nor do they care. Beware I found a better place for my other dog!

Had my dog groomed. I asked for the hair around her ears and tail to be clipped... neither happened. I paid and gave the groomer a tip before I saw my dog.

Stopped in yesterday afternoon getting a new kitten. Pretty good selection of items in store. Didn't see any clerks on the floor and only one cashier. She stopped to play with our kitten which annoyed other customers but it is a pet store. She did offer to set us up on the store savings program which saved us money. It's a bit older of a store but well kept and tons of free parking.

Groomer was great!! On the petco I website it says shampoo, haircut, toenail trim, ears cleaned etc was $68.00 for a cocker spaniel size dog. I was charged $68 then $10 materials fee, sissors fee and tax for a grand total of $89. That’s $21 in excess fees!! !! Just put on the website it’s going to be $89!! Who charges for “shampoo” in material fees to give the dog a bath?? No more PETCO for me!!lp
