Before setting an appointment, I called and ask if they had a stylist that knew how to work with fine hair. Assured that the stylists in the salon work with thin and difficult hair all of the time, I set an appontmebt for a trim and color. I regret ever going here. My hair was totally ruined at this salon. It has been looking bad since I went here. I have thinning hair and it takes a long time to grow. Explaining that it is important to keep any hair I have, I asked for a trim and shaping, not a cut. My hair was past shoulder length when I came in, but I left with hair at neck length. It was chopped off!! My hair was also over-processed and burnt with a perm that was supposed to add body, bouncy curls. The people that work at this salon do not listen to the needs and wants of customers. They just do what they want. They are also not as experienced as they think they are. They ruined my hair and then expected a big tip!! Would give zero stars if I could.

I only get my hair done at Roslin's because it's the best place in town!! Shawna is amazing, and my cuts always look fantastic. She shows me different ways to style my hair and the best products for my hair type. I have gone to Roslin's for years and will continue to!

Very helpful to my wife who has cancer, and losing her hair. They made her feel comfortable and welcome. They made the experience easier during this time, no stress from everyone there. We would recommend this place for anyone.

I've been going to Tammy at Roslins for about 2 years. I have never had such love for my hair as I do now. She listens and suggests and then works her magic. If you are looking for an experienced professional, seek Tammy out. You won't be disappointed.

We were here for reasons we did not want to be but they did a wonderful job of assisting us with a wig that will make my sister feel beautiful at a time when she needs it the most! We did not know we needed an appointment but Maddy still fit us in and treated us with care and expertise. They not only honor the wig voucher that was gifted from folks affiliated with the cancer center, but they also are part of a program that makes up the difference! She got a great $550 wig at no cost to her! Do note that they only have synthetic wigs so if you are looking for human hair ( we will get another one somewhere else), this is not the place. Also, they did not have the color we needed but they ordered one and we should have it in 5-7 business days.

My first time there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Tammy was able to give me the hair color I have asking my previous stylists for years that said it couldn’t be done. Will be back in 7 weeks and planning on taking my Daughter during summer break. Thank you

Shawna is an excellent stylist in all aspects. Her cutting and coloring skills are phenomenal. She always has new ideas if I want something different! The entire salon is wonderful!!!
