I came in Sunday to get a few things which unfortunately did not have. But the woman that helped me was friendly and helpful. I believe she was the only one working. She was busy but did an awesome job to greet and help everyone accordingly.

The cashier gave me a really bad experience. I bought a cologne for men and when I was paying she didn’t ask me for my Sephora account. I gave her my info of my Sephora account and my JC Penney to get the points. When I was walking outside of the store I open my Sephora app and I realized she didn’t add my purchase. I went back and she was with another customer, then another was on the line. When she came. To the register, she ask the women behind me if she need something. She knew I was first on the line! I was so disappointed, I going back today to return everything and I’m going to buy everything from the app.

I visited on November 12th at about 6:15pm. I give it one star because I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, which was the Emerald Huda Beauty palette. I had checked online before driving there so I knew it was available. I asked the young lady about it and she immediately said it was out of stock without even checking. I insisted that she please check for me because it showed as in stock and available at this store. She told me “never trust it online” but went to check for me. She found it immediately on a nearby shelf. I’m happy they had what I came for, but I had to write this review because the experience was unpleasant. I had to ask her to literally look for it after the initial response, and telling me not to trust your website is concerning. Why have a website if the information is unreliable? Will not return.

The employees were extremely outgoing and helpful. I've been a Sephora customer for a long time, but not at this location and they were were much more helpful and fun than the employees I normally encounter elsewhere. Thanks for the samples!! (I visited 4/2/19 around 5PM)

I was very nervous coming into Sephora today . I have had a lot of problems with dry and flaky skin on my face , and I needed a good foundation because I wasn't having any luck going the drugstore route. A very nice man helped me pick the Cloud shade in Born this Way with the brand Too Faced and a bronzer to go with it . He took time to put the bronzer on me to make sure I would be happy with it . I believe his name is Ricki ? He wrote it on the receipt, beautiful signature but not sure if it's the right spelling . He has dark hair and he has a tan complexion. I'm happy with my purchase today ! Thanks so much !

I'm in here fairly regularly, and the service can be hit or miss. Some of the associates are absolutely fantastic and go above and beyond; while others act like you're not worth their time because you're not wearing makeup and just came into grab one or two things. Generally, the associates are very knowledgeable, and when it's a good day, they're super helpful at answering questions and pointing you to other products you might be interested in or that would work well with what you're looking for.

This Sephora location is so hit and miss. Probably 75% of the time the staff is really knowledgeable, friendly and engaged. The other part of the time, probably 25% I've walked in knowing about a weekly wow before the staff does, or know more about when a certain product is hitting their stores. If someone works at such a reputable makeup retailer as Sephora, I expect them to love makeup and be up to date on their makeup news. Be in the know on popular brands you carry, know what's going on with them for releases and new products. At the least, know your weekly wow specials well enough that when a customer brings them up, you're already aware and don't have to go check your website. You should have already done that before your shift started on the day the special was available.

They won't help you if you don't fit their ideal custumer. I make a lot of money but work in a blue collar field and when I go in on my lunch break no one will help me. Maybe realize that some ladies in Iowa can't wear makeup to work and help everyone that comes in your store.
