Like many others have noted, the store’s management appears to need improvement. The culture doesn’t feel customer-focused or welcoming. It would be interesting to know what the store’s core values are and how they align with the customer experience.

Usually i have a wonderful experience coming in sephora. Although unfortunatley I was there 2 days ago with a friend and were treated like a criminals. We were followed and watched around the store, and i can understand taking protocall and being cautious about people stealing, but it truly was a dehumanizing experience and there genuienly was 0 reason as to why they were acting like that. Not to mention they were extremely rude trying to "help". Sticking to ulta from now on!!!

I asked for assistance and the individual made me feel as if I was bothering her. I was confused on where certain items were and she grabbed a couple and hurried off before I could ask for the last item. I ended up leaving the other 2 items and the store without anything. Her entire demeanor was quite rude, I'll stick with Ulta from now on.

Inside of there was a disaster because of the little kids clean after Yourself, I’m 10 I go there to grab a moisturizer. I saw elephant was a disaster so that’s why give it three.

I frequently do pickup orders when I’m in town as I don’t live close to a Sephora. I’ve never had a single issue with this store. (Compared to Tempe!) I stopped by after work tonight and as I was walking out of the mall realized I was missing one item. I felt bad because I should have checked prior to leaving, but the sales associates were so kind and talkative I got wrapped up in product discussions! I went back a little later sharing my experience. Another associate immediately stepped in to assist me- helped me confirm it wasn’t out of stock.. and got me on my way within 3 minutes!
I truly do direct my business to Sephora and will continue to do so! I am so relieved, thankful, and will absolutely return as already planned! Thank you, Jordan Creek Sephora!

The sales associate who helped me was very kind. It’s clear the business model is upsell, upsell, upsell, which I personally do not like. I can’t imagine how this is successful for any company in 2024. It’s an immediate turn off, but not her fault and not my reason for the 2 stars.
As I was checking out, the associate who was ringing up my order offered a product for me to buy, was very bubbly and pleasant when talking about said product. When I kindly said ‘not today, thanks’ she was so rude and immediately dismissive of me, as if I had said or done something offensive. Just a total turn off and not appropriate way to interact with people. Sorry you didn’t get your commission. Don’t treat people like that. I won’t be back. I can buy elsewhere and not be pressured and treated like I’ve done something wrong by saying no.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE…The manager was the rudest ever. They led us to doing a paid service without saying it. This is basic customer service skills and they forced us to pay the 13$ fee. We didn’t ask for a service, we just asked for help finding a concealer and were brought to a lady that did a basic shade test that any person can do. We had to wait for the manager who led us to this and they were very aggressive and rude…do not shop here, very unprofessional people. Also, they put that 13$ under lip or Chin Wax (attached) which has absolutely nothing to do with what they did, they simply just wanted to charge us for something with no reason. This never happens in Ulta ever, they always help you find your shade without asking for money…so ridiculous.
