My 15 yr old son made an appy via email also paid same day he made appointment. I called to confirm as we live an hr and 1/2 away, she then told me she needed to cancel (the day before) as she was going to the farmers market . She said she had tried calling for a week but sons phone got turned off (due to him having to pay for his hair), mind you she had his email and never once reached out to him via email to cancel appt. She did in fact email him the day before his appt reminding him of his appt. With that being said she had a form of communication she did NOT utilize and is now refusing to give a full refund after SHE needed to cancel the appointment! We have obtained an attorney and have contacted the BBB. The lack of professionalism is sickening. going on 2 weeks no communication NOTHING besides my son and I calling! My son is 15 and works his BUTT off to be able to afford to do these nice things for himself and take a burden off of me (it's no burden, he insists), so for him to be taken advantage or is seriously DISGUSTING and I have found more clients that have had this kind of issue with chonta!

One of my favorite places to be! I could spend hours here just looking! I remember visiting my first location when I visited Los Angeles years ago and fell in love and had to wait many more years until one arrived near me in South Louisiana and now I'm so happy to see them everywhere. This particular visit on this day wasn't for me however but it was my daughter's first purchase from here, she was so excited with the face masks that she was able to find here and purchase. I hope to have many more years of shopping here with my daughters because this has become a favorite store in our entire household. ?

I was at the Jordan Creek store today looking at products with my daughter-in-law. One of your employees was helping someone else and told us to move away from the products we were looking at to buy. I thought it would be for a second, but no, after about 2 minutes I told her she was very rude and we left the store. How very UNPROFESSIONAL! Hope your more important customer bought lots, because there 2 customers will not be back. What a horrible experience.

This location is disgusting. Literal dust bunnies on shelves around the products. Products not pulled forward on clear display. This is even right as the store is opened not after a mid day shopping rush. Management needs to manage better and have the store presentable. Rather just order online and not deal with a disgusting environment

DONT GET YOUR MAKE UP DONE AT SEPHORA!!! ITS A SCAM!! I went to Sephora a day earlier to ask about their make-up services, I was told that apparently they have "LICENSED MAKE UP ARTISTES" so I booked an appointment the next morning. Upon arrival the lady started doing my make up and she was being instructed what to do, she had no idea what she was doing and was making mistakes the whole time. They got my foundation shade wrong and couldn't even replicate the photo they requested of what I'd like. SEPHORA STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE!! YOU CANNOT MAKE PEOPLE PAY FOR A SERVICE THATS BEING DONE BY AMATEURS WHO HAVE NEVER DONE MAKE-UP BEFORE!! I had travelled from a different State, forgot my make up bag and opted to have a professional do it! Only to come out looking like a ghost because they had an AMATEUR do it, who couldn't even get my shade right! I had to buy brand new Fenty make up to just do it myself which I should have done in the first place!! HORRIBLE SCAM!! WASTE OF MONEY!!

Qamer "Q" is one of the best employees I have ever met. She helped my friend and I find perfect matches for our foundation when the face matcher didn't work. She also made sure we didn't have to stand in the checkout line that went out the door. If you get the chance ask her for makeup advice because she is amazing. Thank you Q!!!

I don't appreciate the extremely unprofessional and inappropriate experience my daughter experienced there Saturday afternoon. I'm absolutely disgusted and disappointed her experience was ruined by a young woman working for this company that should understand that her words are illegal and she could affect the company she works for to be liable. Maybe coach your staff on the consequences of discrimination. It is on video so there is definitely no discrepancy. Will be going to Ulta here on out even though the Sephora at Kohl's is 1000% more professional. I cannot support this company any more. Very sad.

Everytime I go to look at a product in this store one of your employees will literally be helping someone else and push me away from the shelf Im looking at as if Im a nobody. She bumped into me within the in the 1 foot I was away from the shelf and didnt even acknowledge until I said "oh... okay..." Even after apologizing she never moved out of my way so I could browse. The apology was clearly not a geniune one or she wouldve moved. I stood there for a few moments waiting for her to get out of my personal space and she never did.Immediately walked out of the store. Ultas customer service is 1000% better and that is why I spend my thousands on makeup there. Will never be back again. The Kohls Sephora employees are much more professional. You should probably take notes from them.

I walked into this store and immediately walked back out. They were understaffed (on a Saturday) and understocked. It was also insanely warm in the store. I get that some stores don’t control their own temps, but lord it was hot in there. They have one register running and the line was clear around the store. The 3 things I was looking for were out of stock and no one knew when they’d be restocked. I will say that everyone was friendly and probably overworked, I felt bad for the staff.
