Kayla at Shaggy To Chic is a miracle worker! We have a Bernese Mountain dog who is always shaggy and sometimes matted even though we do our best. She goes in looking like a beast and comes out looking like a beauty. Everyone there is very friendly and I can’t say enough about Kayla’s skills. We would not go anywhere else! Highly recommended.

Kayla is wonderful! She patient and kind. We tried a few other places before her and she really exceeded our expectations. My little dog is a nervous pup and she is so great with her!

I asked for a quote, I asked why it was so much-$90 for a cockapoo that is not even 18 pounds. I am sure that they do an amazing job, Brown grooming is $70 + tip & taxes, they are amazing - just do not have any openings in the time frame that I need. I declined to make an appointment; please read the unprofessional and rude response that I received. I did inform her that I can in fact afford it! I just choose not to as I’m sure their products are not more luxurious than other spas lol. I am practical, I don’t spend that much on my haircuts unless I have color or a treatment , but of course than it’s into the $150 plus tax and tip lol smh I’d give them a 0(if it would let me)for not being professional. They may want to revise how they respond to potential clients. I think that making assumptions well lol ! She did apologize, but it was already done so you can see what she sent

We just moved to WDM and was looking for a local groomer for our Jack Russell. I found Shaggy to Chic Boutique by looking up local places with good reviews. They did an amazing job working with me for an early drop off due to work, and when I picked up Scamp he was super happy and clean! Definitely will return soon!

I take two of my dogs here. Claire has been wonderful with both and has worked amazingly with their unpredictable “doodle” hair while honoring my wishes. They come home smelling like cupcakes, and in great spirits. The price isn’t the cheapest around but their great work is worth it!
