I visited SoftMoc for the first time this afternoon. I was on a mission to get Ugg slippers for my wife, and they have a plentiful supply of Uggs. I would have bought the present here, but the customers were keeping the employees too busy, so I opted to go across the hall to Scheels, buy I'll be back to SoftMoc next time I'm in the market for Uggs.

They kindly offerred me an electronic receipt. It seems they view their electronic receipt as not an authentic receipt if you want to return an item. Store credit only if you don't have the piece of paper. Oh, and you better have the original credit card that you used to purchase those shoes with or it is store credit only. Super enjoyed the man who snidely explained that is why they gave me a paper receipt. Well, why did you provide a useless electronic one?

Went into the store with people visiting from Switzerland who didn't speak English we asked for shoes in different size, and she got us wrong shoes, so we asked again very politely. All of a sudden this blonde manager came out and said to us I'm going to ask you to leave store or I am going to call security, I asked why she said my associate taught you guys called her stupid, I said we didn't and never would why would we do that she was helping us she said I don't want to hear it leave store I will call security now, I said we just need to but 4 pairs of Ugg's she said no get out............so unprofessional so disrespectful so embarrassing I even asked her look at the cameras she said no. I have never experienced something like this in my life. worse customer service ever all they did was laugh and hang out around the counter and we never complained about it, and the blonde manager is definitely not fit or trained for manager.

We were shoping and my nice from Europe spoke different language with me the store manger was like get out from the store because she felt sensitive thinking that we said something to her. I never been so disrespectful in my life and I never been kicked out from the store even though I tried to tell her it’s a different language, but it’s not English. She says you shouldn’t be speaking different language in my store. I always think that people talk about me and she would not sell UGGs to us.

My daughter and I visited the SoftMoc store in Jordan Creek Mall in Des Moines for the first time. I was very pleased with their huge selection and style of shoes! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Thank you Kelcie for going above and beyond to make sure I received the shoes, style and size that I needed and for helping me get signed up for the SoftMoc Rewards that I could use anytime!! Even when the store got busier, Kelcie and staff helped the customers, Kelcie checked on me making sure I was taken care of. I left the store very happy with my purchase, and also my daughter who didn’t even come to buy Shoes, was so happy with the store and great customer service, that she bought shoes as well. I will definitely shop there again!!

Pricey and really didn't have much for inventory in the back.Can I see this in Size 11.5? "We have a 10.5"... What about this in 11.5? "We don't have anything near that size"We both walked out with nothing.
