Was going to be 3 min late because of daughter and some things come up. Already waited an hour and half for hair cut and the stylist just wanted to cancel my appointment instead of do my hair before the next appointment (an 45-60min after mine). I GUESS YOUR WORKERS DONT WANNA WORK. U can kiss your $80 tip goodbye 😭👋🏽 id rather give it to someone who wants to do their job and have patients and kindness.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The salon was bright, clean, and comfortable. My stylist took the time to listen to exactly how I wanted my haircut and gave me helpful suggestions. The whole process was quick, but never rushed, and the result was perfect — exactly what I pictured. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel valued as a customer. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending Supercuts to friends and family!

I stopped in on random for a bang fix and Kaylie was my stylist, she was gentle and kind and listened to exactly how I wanted my hair to be cut, we decided to cut and fix the layering that was done previously and do a low key blending of my bangs and sides, what impressed me the most is she told me she wasn’t experienced enough to do a particular kind of blending that I wanted but that she could do her best to make it look much nicer , I’m so happy we decided to do that route rather than do the razor cutting, it’s just not a cut I prefer on my hair as it has always made my hair look frizzy and stringy, Kaylie’s attentiveness and great communication made my visit so much better while having extreme anxiety from so many bad hair experiences in the past, from all my experiences going to the upscale salons is in my honest opinion ridiculously overrated and overpriced and left me with horrible haircuts leaving me feeling nothing but disappointment and angry and never wanting to return, I’m so glad I made that random stop into Supercuts and I will definitely be back ; Thank you ?? ☺️

Each time i go I request Lacy. Always very pleased with her she does a good job.
Requested style: Because I get up very early and out side most of my work day. I go with a pixie cut . Doesn't require a lot of care and time
