Unfortunately, very poor customer service at this location. Management needs to train frontline staff to be able to work with existing customers instead of forcing them through only the primary option of confirming identity.

I took my 94 year old mom into T Mobile yesterday, just to look at some new phone options for her. Addison worked with us, and he was so patient and explained the differences between an I Phone and an android. After taking the time to work with her, she chose the Samsung flip phone. She is very happy! Thanks Addison for the outstanding customer service and making the transition easy for her.

Addison is one of the most amazing phone reps I have ever dealt with!! That includes dealings with companies like AT&T and Verizon! I am switching over from Verizon, been there for over 10 years, and it was hard for me to do. Addison made me feel very comfortable with my decision process by not pushing anything, and just giving me the details in a CLEAR concise manner! Giving me a military discount also. This person is VERY professional, courteous, and knows his plans and phones! He is the sole reason why i've decided to make the jump with 4 lines at T-Mobile. PLEASE, please T-Mobile, hire more individuals like this one, it will definitely help your business. Thanks Addison and T-Mobile for a wonderful experience

We arrived inside the store around 7:03 pm and the clerk, Landon, stopped us and said that if we wanted phones tonight it wouldn’t happen cause he closes in an hour. “And they (corporate) hate it if we’re here last time.” We just wanted to know trade-in amounts for our phones and different plans. We instead, left and went to a different store, received all the help we needed AND walked out with new phones. I know stores close but it was not welcoming at all. Terrible customer service.

There is no option for 0 stars so had to go with 1. Went to the store to trade in an IPhone 8 Plus for an upgrade. Store representative, Brandon started taking off the screen protector and just made things worse. He took off a little piece and noticed a tiny crack on the screen in top right hand corner and tells me they can not accept the phone for trade in. I was ok with that. However, he could not remove the screen protector completely and hands me the phone back and tells me to do it or take it to a phone repair store to have it done because he doesn't want to cause any damage after he already did. I left the store with the phone in worse condition then it was in when I brought it in. I called Tmobile and filed a complaint. If nothing gets done then I will be canceling all of my lines which is $330/month and just got off group chat with 22 other family and friend members that will be canceling as well which is easily about $3,000/month Tmobile will lose but that is pocket change for them.

Excellent service by this guys i upgraded new mobile today and there staff helped me a-lot transfer my all data and guided me each and every step ..the guy i don't remember the name having beard was the best at his service he stayed there and i guess other was the manager he was kind and friendly too ..its really very hard to find this kind of customer service anywhere nowadays in any store this people are really good i recommend t mobile and other stores to keep good people like t mobile staff of MILLS CIVIC PARKWAY who gives there best and supportive service to their t mobile customers .. glad to be customer of t mobile ??

I was assisted today by Dominique. The store was very busy with every sales associate busy. I received first class service with a very upbeat and positive attitude! Dominique went above and beyond to not only assist me but was able to multi task and assisted Multiple customers at once! Greeted every new customer and got them checked in while doing So Many other tasks all at once! I was blown away with this girls abilities and I Highly Recommend her services and T-Mobile! Thanks for everything Dominique!

I was in need of an upgrade. I went in and met with Dominique (who was absolutely amazing). She put me on the plan that fits all of my needs and I am saving money (BONUS). I switch from Sprint to T-Mobile. I am extremely impressed and happy with the service I was provided.

Wanting to upgrade my phone and change cell phone providers. I stopped into this store, spoke to Alan. He first removed my sim card, I asked why he said to see if it's compatible, which I know differently. Then trying to get information was like pulling teeth. I asked about cell phones, interested in Samsung. He showed me a phone, I asked if it was the lastest version he said it's fairly new. What a joke.Plan wise they don't tell you anything about the plans or what's included except that hot spot is $10 more.When I got out to my car, my phone wouldn't work. I went back in, I thought he was going to break my phone trying to get the sim card out.Apparently I have no say in what kind of phone I would want or what plan I would like. I'm an adult, I can make decisions for myself, shouldn't I have the right to choose for myself? This bad experience showed me that T-Mobile chooses what kind of service you will get. That helped me to look elsewhere for a phone and coverage.
