Impressed with all the different items to purchase to organize every room or part of your life. Great selection of inspiring you to organize your home, office & life. The staff were all very nice and helpful. If you haven't been there its worth going & letting yourself get inspired to organize small or large projects.

I can't say enough about the helpfulness of the employees at this location, especially Luke. I am not local and the Des Moines store had some items that were not available in my area. I was able to place an order for store pickup and then sent a prepaid label so they could send the items to me That's certainly going above and beyond which is a rarity in today's world.

As noted in other reviews, this store has a ton of useful items to help make one's life just a bit easier. Better yet, I've always found the employees VERY friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Not something found in many retail establishments these days.

Went into The Container Store to see what they had. I found some things but decided I also needed to check online first to compare prices. It is a fun store to walk around and browse though. There is also plenty of parking available outside

We went to the Container Store to get baskets and bins for our RV. The staff was very helpful with ideas and we were able to take things out to the RV to see that they fit correctly. I saw many things I want for home, but that gives me a reason to return!
