I'm a licensed cosmetologist and stopped in here for a quick pedi last weekend. Not only am I 100% positive they have people working that are NOT licensed they give horrible quality pedicures! They put four coats on my toes and never were fully dried. The woman who worked on me was extremely sweet but don't waste your time!! Wait for somewhere decent.

Paid 50 for the worst nails o asked for a specific color of they didn't have the color as it was then it should have no been advertised then they came out boxy uneven and 1 literally just popped off and o just got them done on Saturday highly disappoint first and last time

Should have read the reviews before coming. Said nails were 25 then told me they were 45 but gave me a “discount†so only 37 SCAMMED! Will not return bad quality nails.

I would not recommend to go there to get your nails done my daughter had a powder nail done the nail came off the very same night and I had permanent tattooing on my eyebrows and eyeliner it's supposed to be 3 to 5 years long and matter of months it didn't look like I had it done but I went back to ask them because she said I could get a free recoloring they said she's not there no more don't go there they will rip you off

Please don't go here. Spend your money on a salon that is worth your money. My husband brought me to this salon last night, we didn't look at any reviews before we went, and I wish we had! My nail technician was unorganized and even called her boss to ask a question about the power used to dip nails. She couldn't get it to work so I went with the Shellac. One of my nails was shorter then most so she put a tip on it, but she didn't do that right either because my tip ripped halfway off this afternoon (less than 24 hours after being applied). I've never had a tip rip off before, and I wasn't extra hard on my hands today, I was actually being careful. I'll never go back.

I stopped in to get a fill and a pedicure. I let the lady talk me into getting a full set only she decided that I didn't need to have tips put on. The polish that was applied is too thick it looks bulky and when I asked about how come it cost me $50 I was rudely responded to by 2 workers. The first time I had my nails done they peeled within 24 hours. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But after the way they talk to me I will never go back.

Worst service ever. I took my two daughters and their friend to get their nails done before the father daughter dance. Spent $200 and they whole time they begged my children to get pedicure instead of asking me (the only adult) versus 11 yr olds as I can hear the whole conversation. I got French tip, asked for round tip and he pointed to a picture and said square tip better. He couldn't even handle that, they are square on one side and round another. We had a hair and make up appointment right after and I had no time to sit and fix it. I call back and mention it and they said to come in and get a refund. The next morning I go in and as I am telling the lady, that they offered me a refund on my nails only not the whole purchase she walked away without a word and the same guy who did my nails came back and said no refund, I fix it and paint. By this point I am irritated that I drove back there paid for French tip and he wants to attempt to fix them and paint over the French time with color. I walked out. He already messed them up badly and I wasn't going to allow him to mess them up more. I do not recommend going there. They lack skills and are quick to try and hussle the kids for more services so they get paid more. Here is a picture...make your own judgement. I recommend Andy's nail bar over these guys any day. Don't waste your time or money.

I get gel/shellac on natural nails. This was the worst nail job I've ever had. Ever. Live and learn i guess. I'll stick with Top Nails in Urbandale from now on. They do good work.

Worst Birthday Nail Experience Ever! My daughter and I decided to try a new nail shop for my birthday. We chose top nails in Valley West Mall and We won't be going back! Our nails are different lengths and shapes. They continuously cut our cuticles which are now scabbed, swollen and sore! My daughter has nail polish all over her skin. They tried charging extra for taking off our nail posh and they spent way to much time focusing on texting on there phone! I also find it rude when they talk about you in there own language! This is the worst nail salon ever and we won't ever go back!

I would not recommend this establishment for anything, I took my daughter there for an upper lip wax and she was really excited because it was her first time, she did the lip just fine, then she asked me let me rephrase that she insisted if I wanted her to do it in between her eyebrows (only in between her eyebrows) she ended up doing too far out and she waxed off the end too. Now her eyebrows are nothing alike, one is longer than the other. You used to be able to fit one finger in between her eyebrows and now you can fit three. I do not recommend this place at all, they do what they want instead of what you ask for.
