Always super friendly and helpful! Last night I had a plumbing issue. I called 5 minutes prior to closing and they confirmed they would stay open for me to get there. Just amazing service!! I think his name was Seth, who was actually outside waiting for me to pull up and walked me back to the plumbing section and another employee help us find exactly what I needed!

Todd the Manager and John the key guy in back get a triple hats off and 3 gold stars and a bunch of God Bless You's today. I have always loved this true value because if you're looking for one little nut or screw not only will these guys most likely have it they can find it fast without using a micrometer or all that they've got a really great eye.Not only will they have it they won't charge you for 100 screws when you need one not the whole bag!They they're really good at what they.So if you ever need any kind of things for your home boat etc.Stop in.Thanks Yall!

I mean it's okay. Some stuff is way over priced, other stuff is close to Lowes price and saves me gas. The kids working don't talk to you which is fine with me because I'm an introvert, but the older gentleman who I am assuming is the manager could do away with the staring me down as I come up to the register. I have my masters degree I'm not there to steal a $12 downspout extension.Edit 9/3/23- I don't know her name but the woman who works there is amazing. She is knowledgeable and did her best to help me locate some screws that the manufacturer of a bed forgot to include.

The ONLY place to get spare keys made, home or automobile because they have tons of styles of blanks! Also, great place for that bolt you can't find anywhere else!
