The whole car wash had very little water pressure and the soap didnt come out in my bay or the one next to me. I called to let the guy know and he said he would be rite there so i went through the automatic wash(little pressure) while i waited. He showed up i talked to him and one would think maybe a reimbursement of the 18$ that i spent. Nope not even a thanks for alerting him of the issue. Its not the money but maybe a sorry bout that or thanks would have been cool.

I gave 4 stars because of the water pressure, soap, easy to use and over all clean. However, the only negative I would have to say about this car wash is that it is pricey.

Charged my card $15 and never reimbursed my the remaining money for a $4.75 car wash! One bay had a holw in the hose the next one the soap didn't work...this used ro b a great car wash not sure if there was ownership change or what!

Sorry to say, but this is one of the worst car washes. Wasted $13 on the ultimate wash, & was left with residue & spots on my car. A foggy film on my windshield. First & last time going here.

Just paid $9 for a wash and came out with a still dirty car. The wash is very short so I’m not surprised, but can’t believe this place is in business.

This time I used the automatic went well. I tried to get a towel to wipe down doors but tried a different one and both took my money. The first time I went here I used the manual wash and when adding money during the wash shocked the hell out of me. When I reached out to let someone know I was ignored. At the very least I hope this was fixed for others safety.

DONT COME HERE this place is horrible. Every time i have ever come there has been issues. Credit card machines never work, bays are always broken and there are ALWAYS water spots

I don"t know what happened in 2023 but this has become the worst car wash on the west side. My cars and truck are dirtier than when they went in!!!
AVOID at all costs...unless you savor water spots. The pictures just taken after a $15 wash, including "spot free rinsing".
