UnityPoint must have the most incompetent billing staff, ever.For almost a year I have received bills for someone who is unknown to me, never lived at my address. At first I returned the unopened bills through the Postal Service, marked ANK, attempted not known.Once I accidentally opened a bill addressed to this other party. So I wrote a To-Whom-It-May-Concern letter and sent it, on my postage, to the Urbandale office said bill was issued from. And still the bills came.When the last bill came I lost self-control and sent UnityPoint a profanity-filled comment on the corporate Website. I know, impolitic of me, but it got results.What a bunch of maroons,

The decision of the board to drop Molina Healthcare from approved insurance carriers is callous to every patient that has a doctor or precedure done in your hospitals and clinics. What's the matter with your mental faculties??? Do you not get enough bottom line kickbacks from the company to continue to make it worth your while??? If one patient dies because of this decision to drop Molina, I will make it a personal mission to make sure you NEVER make another dollar of profit.

Davenport Iowa Office.Office phone never turned over on time its 8:10 in the morning now phones are supposed to be turned over at 8 a.m.
