the staff was extra helpful here! they took extra time to problem solve a scanning label error for me and i was very appreciative! they were very knowledgeable so it only took them a few tries to solve the issue but i had other stores refuse to even try to help.would go out of my way to come back to this store vs closer ones
pro tip: if your label isn’t scanning try filling in any missing gaps in the barcode with black pen!

VERY happy with service. Great communication, packed up my medical equipment, communicated with XPO, even provided follow up communication to make sure equipment was received by buyer and in good shape. Lucas was a huge help. Will absolutely work with again!

Every time I walk into the UPS store I’m always greeted by someone and it’s welcoming. They are very knowledgeable and I’m in and out in less Han a couple minutes. Very proficient and courteous when I leave to say thank you and have a nice day.

Update: I spoke to two managers at this store. The first hung up on me and the second cursed me out before hanging up. This is certainly not a reliable store and horrible customer service. To tell a customer that they are SOL after they lost and damaged a package is unacceptable.
I shipped a package from this store with the hope that it would be delivered. Unfortunately, my package was not only damaged while in the hands of UPS, it was also discarded and thrown out with the trash by UPS. I contacted the store, but they sent me to cooperate UPS - and after waiting days for a response the sent me back to the store. This store wasn’t able to provide me any whereabouts on where my package was, nor did they offer any remedy. The contents of my package held extreme sentimental value, but to add insult to injury UPS attempted to offer only a fraction of its monetary value. I am in utter disbelief that at this time the only thing I have been offered was a phone number to call someone else who has no more information that the last person I spoke to.
