Arrived at 4:41 PM to drop a deposit and was told they are done taking deposits - 19 minutes before closing. Every time I go to this branch my presence feels like an inconvenience to them, and based on the other multiple negative reviews this tends to be a shared experience.

Glad they are building a branch in Waukee. Drive is 24 min. Too long.

This location doesn't post its hours accurately. Sign on the door said opens at 9am, but wasnt. I called the location, who then said they open at 10. I went back at 10, just for them still to be closed. Some employees were walking in at 10, who then told me they open at 10:30. Very inconvenient.
