Steve was awesome. Steve did all the hard stuff, and let me just point and grunt “me want orange phone” and the Steve magically got me an orange phone, and the set everything up, transferred everything, and helped us set up another phone for a child (ours, not a random one.) all in all, Steve is awesome

All my boyfriend needed was his camera protectors removed because the protectors were damaged and this guy was so unfortunately rude for no reason at all! Rude tone! When he realized we weren’t buying new cameras protectors that same day. Not a great experience. When we were walking out of the store he decided to talk poorly about us to his co-workers..very unprofessional! Hopefully he is not rude on a daily basis! I will continue to only go to usceller outside of the mall!

The staff is totally disinterested in helping. This is the second time I've walked in in 6 months, straight up said I need a new phone and walked out with nothing. I had to request one of three unoccupied staff members to answer questions on the phones I was looking at. One staff member reluctantly came over, only told me the higher the number the better the phone and offered no real help. I'm actually angry how poor their service has been- twice. I've been with US cellular for almost 20 years and can't believe these people at this location have jobs. No wonder it was empty in there.

Kira was amazingly helpful. I was trying to get a phone & line set up for my stepson at the Ankeny store when their computers crashed. They sent us to a closed store. I had 35 minutes to get to Altoona. I called the Jordan Creek store (from the interstate) to see if they had the phone. Kira answered and let me know that they did not & looked up the address for the Altoona store since I could make it there before closing. I continued to the Altoona store at 6:48pm (they close at 7) where I was immediately informed that they couldn’t help us because it was too close to closing time. I asked if I could just buy the phone and they told me no and to go to Walmart & basically kicked me out of the store. So, I went to Walmart & bought a phone. I called Kira back to see if they could activate it. She had us call 611 instead of driving all of the way there to be told no. She also walked a very grouchy me through installing the SIM card & all of the information I would need for the operator on the end. I feel like she went way above & beyond anything she needed to do. Thank you SO much. Definitely need more employees like her!!!!
