Veridian is a very great bank Lydia and Cameron did a very great job in assisting me when my debit card got hacked and issued me a new card and answered any of my questions great job to both of them

The Customer Service at this branch is terrible. The tellers always look miserable and they take forever to help people at the drive-through. I was at the drive-through today for about five minutes before someone even greeted me. They are not friendly at all.

We financed a used car. The staff was extremely helpful. The process was quick with no high-pressure sales to try and get us to buy an extended warranty or anything similar. A huge plus was that we did this on a Saturday afternoon which shows Veridian's mindset towards customer service.

From my personal experience I have had no issues with banking here however please ensure that your employees are friendly and smile , I often dread going inside due to one young guy in particular who has a off putting attitude as though he’s just there because it’s “ a job”. He never smiles , he’s got a flatline personality that is extremely uncomfortable when approaching him, it literally gives me the creeps, especially knowing that he has access to all my banking information, bankers should be warm and personable while making you feel comfortable as a valued customer , not the other way around.
