Monday, January 12, 2024 I pull up to the drive thru window. I am the only customer there at the time. I was on my way to my hairdresser and only had a $100 bill on me, which I needed to break as my hairdresser doesn't always have change. There was a young gentlemen just sitting there at the window. I politely asked for change. His response was "what is your account number"? Granted, I did not have an account, but......I wasn't trying to cash a check, he wasn't busy, I simply wanted change. After I replied that I did not have an account, my $100 bill went back into the drawer and he said "I can't help you". I had American currency, he is sitting there not doing anything useful other than being a complete jerk.

Tried to deposit a child's check here since we have accounts. Told they would charge us a fee but we could open a child's account. Went home to get the required SS card and BC as we were told that was needed. Came back to a different person who said we also need an ID for a minor child. (What minor child has an ID?) I said all we have is a school ID and she said that was fine. Went home again. Came back to a third lady. This one says 'Oh, we don't require an ID for a minor.' Not impressed and not happy.

I had an appointment here to raise my limit and refinance my car but after this experience, I'll just go to another location to get help. Branched that helped us didn't seem to want to be helping us. I didn't care what the interest rate is or the payment amount and i mentioned it multiple times-- i even had my paystubs as proof yet the branched seemed to dismiss my concerns and failed to offer alternatives or help respond to our concerns. 3/5 stars because everything but the brancher was ok.

Paid off my car loan and they sent title to the wrong address. I haven’t lived there for 3 years, now I have to clean up the mess. Frustrated by the lack of data security controls in place to ensure this doesn’t happen.

It's not bad but they regularly and randomly change policies that turns into a huge inconvenience. Right now my family is battling over depositing checks from 3rd parties that's been getting deposited since December last year... it's really bs and not something we're happy about at all

I have been a member for a long, long time. You are just a number there. Nothing matters to them except your credit score. But all financial institutions do the same so... they all stink.As far as this branch, I've had the good and bad experiences.

Shout out to John Moore (Mortgage Specialist)!!!! Thank you for your patience with the gazillion questions I had. I was calling for information on what I need to do to get a loan for a custom build dream house. He was extremely knowledgeable, super direct, helpful with every suggestions possible to achieve my goal and not once did I feel rushed or pressured. Thank you so much for your time yesterday, you are greatly appreciated sir!!!! **Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!** I also bank here and every single experience I've had the past few years have been phenomenal as well. Thank you for all your hard work, friendliness, and promptness.

Received great service from a loan officer after my father passed when dealing with his accounts. I don't personally bank here but if I leave my credit union I would consider Veridian.

I received a notice that my bank account was being charge on my phone. On my way to work i went to atm machine and try to deposit money into atm machine i couldn't deposit money. So on my way to work ill stop by and try branch on Ingersoll and was still unable to deposit money. So next morning When I woke up I was charged 32.00 insufficient cause I was unable to deposit money into there machine to correct my balance before being charged a insufficient fee. I'd was told I could deposit money into my account at atm thats lie and people at this branch they alright. Not such a friendly atmosphere. I really don't see nothing GOOD about Veridian Credit Union

Veridian goes above and beyond for all their customers... They treat you like family.. Neil Kennedy makes everyone feel like they dealing with a small town bank... Neil is at the EP True branch and has trained his staff to do the same. Absolutely love my Veridian Credit Union!!!

Came in today to get a small loan and had an extremely wonderful experience. Jeff Boyer was very courteous and listened to our needs. I felt valued as a new customer which I haven't felt in years with my current institution. The best experience and so appreciated. I will reccomend anyone I know to Veridian!! Thank you for a wonderful first experience!
