I had a great experience at Verizon in West Des Moines, IA. Karina went above and beyond to achieve the goals I went in with, and I left in record time. I was impressed by her communication and technical skills. She took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I understood everything. She really knows her stuff. They’re lucky to have her on the team. I am very happy with our new business plan, phones and iPad. Thanks for the great customer service Karina!

My phone was completely out of commission thanks to my 2 year old daughter throwing it on the ground. I needed a quick solution for a working phone, as I needed my phone for work. I had already contacted Asurion and had a replacement phone ordered prior to my phone becoming completely unusable, but the phone was on backorder and would take several more days to get to me.I took my phone to the Verizon store and Bailey was amazing! She really went above and beyond for me. She first tried to switch my Sim card to an old phone I had, but the phone was too old and wasn't working well. Bailey then called Asurion herself to find a different solution for me. All of their replacement phones were on backorder, so they ended up reimbursing me for the full amount of my phone and I was able to use that money to get a new phone while I was in the store.Although I spent half my day at the Verizon store, Bailey made it a great experience, and I really appreciated all of her effort to help me out.

I was having trouble activating my new iPhone 15 plus. I had successfully activated my iPhone 15 Pro but the Plus would not complete restoring data from iCloud or from the iPhone 12. I took it to the local Verizon retail store in Waukee hoping I had made some stupid error and it would be a smooth transfer. Karina assisted us for an hour and a half. She was so patient and diligent, but the phone would not restore from iCloud or the older iPhone for her either.She reactivated the older phone so we could return the 15 Plus.And she totally pleasant and engaging the entire time. A+++++

Karina assisted us when we purchased our phones and when they came in. She was professional courteous and very knowledgeable while assisting us alongside training a new member of their team. Will definitely use this location for future needs.
