Terrible customer service here. Called the pharmacy where they answer the phone to only place you on hold for 15+ minutes. I hung up after. They continually place it on hold after it rings back after a couple minutes on hold.

Photo finishing is not cropped correctly. Employees can never find orders. Line gets long when they stumble around.

Pharmacy is terrible. I was on hold for over 10 minutes after finally getting through the automated answering machine and five times someone picked up the phone and put it back on hold without saying anything.
