Walked in today in a great mood and spent very little time in the store. I greeted the cashier, Madison, and she literally glared at me and would acknowledge what I was saying but not reply except to tell me to pay. At first, I thought she did not hear me because she had both airpods in until it was clear she just doesn't like customer interaction. I don't care how bad my day is I never treat undeserving people like that.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this store! I bought a dress for my daughter and they didn’t say there was no return policy when i checked out. Unfortunately it didn’t fit her so I tried to take it back and they said it’s a Special Occasion dress so there was no way I was going to get my money back. They said they could give me a in-store credit or try to find clothes that would equal that amount. I tried to explain to the so called “Manager” that nobody told me about the not the return policy. All she said was sorry that they didn’t tell you that and that she was trying to help me. (HELP ME WITH WHAT) My daughter and I spend over an hour trying to find clothes and the dressing rooms was another issue. They have 10 rooms and only had 5 open and we waited in line forever. Nobody was helpful in that area, we were all standing there not knowing if any rooms were open. If there was anyway to give no stars I would definitely of gave them a big fat ZERO! Then you have teenagers who running the cashiers once the so called “MANAGER” left. I will never shop here ever again! Don't recommend this store one bit!! Save your money and go elsewhere!

I’ve never felt so disappointed after a visit here. I’ve dealt with the same woman today and 2 weeks ago exactly, and received rude service both times from her (09/14/2024 & 08/31/2024.) I purchased clothes that I didn’t try on in store because of the long lines for homecoming, I asked what the return policy was just in case. When trying to return, I was greeted with “there’s a line” when I was already waiting behind a group that was checking out. The people behind me thankfully vouched for me. I unfortunately did not have my physical receipt anymore but had the card it was bought on and access to the email the transaction was under. I did not receive an emailed receipt like I normally do, and while rushing to try to find it, I said I couldn’t find it and was met with “that sucks.” I eventually just gave up and left with my items. There was no reasoning with me or helping in any way, just snippy rude responses both times I’ve been in there. I understand there was a high volume of people in the store and probably causing some stress, but I was nothing but kind and I felt extremely sad both times I have left the store. I expect some sort of hospitality in a retail store, but I guess you won’t find that here.

Stood in line for 10 min just to be told that the person ahead of us was the last person that could try anything on. It was 535, the store closed at 6 and there was only a handful of girls ahead of us. To drive two hours to be turned away was so frustrating. If you want to stop people from trying things on, give them a heads up before they wait in line for ten minutes. Maybe put a sign up. I would have stood in line while my daughter looked around just to make sure she had the chance to find something since we drove so far. I WILL not be back and will not recommend!!

Be prepared to wait in line for the dressing room in excess of an hour in the weeks leading up to any high school event. I’d buy 6 dresses and return 5 but they don’t even allow returns! One person working today at the mall.

Staff is always unprofessional and worried more about their cell phones or gossiping versus actually helping their customers. This has happened on multiple occasions. Today the “manager” was even involved in gossiping about a previous employee with a group of staff at the registers. I stood at the counter waiting to be helped while the staff was too busy with their conversation. Again this has happened multiple times at this store. The girl who did help me was very nice and approached me when I first walked into the store to ask if I needed anything and ended up helping me at the register too. She had no part of the gossip and I honestly hope she leaves this toxic environment as she seemed to be the only employee interested in doing her job. 5 stars for her.

Brought back a dress that was never worn by my daughter. Had same tags on it. Had receipt. Did not keep as once we got home notice dirt and flaws on dress. Windsor did not want to return due to it appearing to be have worn and the tag not attached with their type of machine. Tag looked worn. BEAWARE look over their items closely! Have them look at the tag. Make sure it does not appear worn before you buy! That there are no flaws! Inside the dress to make sure there are no appearance of previous wearing on inside. Just want others to be aware before making a purchase.

rude staff, pretty sure the entire place was run by teenagers. very disorganized dressing room situation in the middle of prom season, and waited at the register for someone to come for 15 minutes. not sure who is in charge of this business but it is awful.

Extremley rude staff. Waited in line for the fitting room for over an hour. Store was dirty. Everything was out of place. So disorganized. Was not a good experience.

1. Very rude staff2. Dressing rooms clothes 30 minutes before the store closes. So, we drove over 30 minutes. Store closes at 6pm..and at 5:35 nope no exceptions. Advised to take the dress to public restroom after purchasing it...and all sales are final. This is called lazy workers 101... get off your phones and work throughout the day.Do yourself a favor order online!Amazon had return and same dress for 1/4 the price.

Really like shopping for dresses here , nice quality for the prices. Rude customer service today during our visit. Employees sat talking to each other without acknowledging us standing at the counter, they acted like it was a hassle to help us out when that is what they are they for. I would have left without buying, if my daughter hadn't gone through the whole process of trying on all of the dresses and finding one she liked.
