My 15-year-old daughter came in for a pedicure today. Before the nail tech was ready to paint her toes, she chipped my daughter's big toe so that the top of the nail is jagged. The tech did not fix it and proceeded to paint her nails So now you can see a big divot across the top of her toe. Additionally, my daughter ordered the least expensive package which was $42. Instead they billed her $61. My daughter was too shy to say anything about either situation. I can't believe that the employees would take advantage of her like this. We will never be coming back.

I’ve been going to xo nails for several years. They have great pedicures and I always do my nails with dip. It’s always a great turn out and relaxing experience. No matter which lovely lady does your nails. I recommend this nail salon to everyone who wants a quick and professional nail service!

Got a pedicure, and nails were not cut or shaped correctly. Paint still on toes after person was done with pedicure. Asked to fix and said that is the shape. Had to wait for woman to fix even though pedicure was less then advertised in the booklet. Quantity over quality. If you want a cheap pedicure then this is the place for you. Been a person who would visit when needing services. NEVER AGAIN.

I’ve visited this salon three times, and unfortunately, each experience has been disappointing. The pricing feels inconsistent and almost made up on the spot. Staff members frequently try to upsell add-ons, and I’ve noticed that prices tend to change depending on who’s working.
During my most recent visit, I asked for a regular pedicure but was persuaded to upgrade for an extra charge because they claimed the celiac polish would last longer. Not only did it not live up to that promise, but the polish ended up lumpy and uneven — and every toenail was a different shape.
It’s not worth the money you are spending, pedicures are rushed and unsanitary.
They reuse the same gloves from previous clients feet on your service.
There’s a serious lack of attention to detail and professionalism. I won’t be returning.

I’m visiting from Oklahoma for work & loved my experience at XO! Vanessa delivered exactly what I wanted for my nails & also gave a wonderful spa pedicure! I will def be back the next time I’m here!

I’ve gone there 3 times in the past 3 months and each time the service is ok, but either there credit card machine has been broke and I had to go get cash and come back, or they told me it would be five dollars more for my pedicure to take off the old polish and then actually charged me seven dollars more instead. It’s small stuff but it adds up to I will just go another place.

My friend and I were visiting the area and decided to get manicures. We waited at least 45 minutes to be serviced. The lady that I had did the absolute bare minimum of services. Manicures are supposed to be relaxing and refreshing. This was no where close to that.

I usually have a good experience here. Yesterday was not great. The nail tech knocked my skin with the tool a few times. My nails on each on hand are different lengths and some just look really wonky and thick. The underneath wasn’t cleaned up either. I love the design she did though.

They do good work, but I have found they try to hustle you on prices. I have taken my business elsewhere, and found MANY salons offering fill prices that are far more reasonable.

Today I had a wonderful pedicure with my sister and two technicians at this Salon. They were so professional and did an amazing job on our old feet. Unfortunately someone came in right after us and waited about 7 minutes and then lost her mind and started berating the techs. As she stomped out all of the other customers said “ shame, shame” on that woman who was so disrespectful.
The manager felt so bad and one of the techs was available two minutes later.
Ladies be nice! Enjoy the luxury of being able to afford pedicures and manicures. This is a lovely salon and the women are wonderful and kind.
