“Traveling along 80 when the truck came out of overdrive and wouldn't shift...thought our trip to Indy for the NHRA race weekend was done, found JR's via Google after getting a "nope, scheduled out to October for service" from a Dodge dealership service dept. Made it to JR's and were greeted with kindness and a willingness to read the codes to at least figure out what was going on. They not only diagnosed the problem, but fixed the relay and didn't over charge us! Knowledgeable, friendly, and fantastic customer service!! Thank you for helping the travelers!”
