A personal touch is the difference at hy-vee. Always a friendly voice that wants to assist you... of course ya pay a fraction more, but the service is so worth it.

The grocery store is nice as you would expect from the area; however, the drive through pharmacy pickup was extremely slow and the system used (a vacuum with a tube like banks use) isn't useful for orders that are large. Also, it's nearly impossible to reach if you aren't in a car.
