Rooms: Needs a little TLC in the decor area, new bedspreads and mattresses. On the plus side, there is a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Continental breakfast. The owners are friendly and welcoming. Winterset is a lovely little (5,200 pop.) town of nostalgia.

Very friendly, kind, hospitable. Very informative on local places to visit. Older but very clean and kept up rooms. Thank you for a great stay.
