“The store is absolutely massive. I appreciate the organization of the store, with street names on the floor and some lots have numbers. They have a lot of good finds here including antiques, modern decor, and local artist's works. However, they are a bit too pricey. Especially with modern decor. They have some items that they price at more than double their worth or price somewhere else. I like to support antique shops and local shops, but price inflation like that is not okay, and a big deterrent for some people like me.”
“My mother bought blinds from them in 2012 I am just now (2024) replacing one. I talked to them in the office on a Monday morning, and she found the paperwork and ordered the replacement then. Great service.”

“I stopped in Ethan Allen's Wichita store recently because a friend told me they have a new designer. I was really impressed by the whole team. They were fun to work with on my interior design and really took the time to understand how my rooms need to function, not just my style. I'm so glad I went ahead and let someone help me create a custom space, instead of buying random furniture pieces and trying to make it work on my own. Place is somewhat messy but not the employees fault they do the best they can especially when they are short staffed. If customers would put stuff back up or back where it goes and control their kids and not let them open stuff or rampage through items the place would look much better.”

“My husband and I were in Wichita for a night and being a customer of Pottery Barn I wanted to see this store. Walking through the door I was warmly greeted and felt welcome immediately. I was extremely impressed by the appearance of the store. Even the outdoor pots were tasteful and well cared for. My store in Leawood, Ks has become a bit shabby looking and has always seemed difficult to maneuver. This location in Wichita was picture perfect and the merchandise was beautifully displayed with an open inviting design. There was a flow that made design sense and I felt inspired. PB has always aligned with my personal style. I have purchased many, many items from PB but have recently felt uninspired at our Leawood store and have questioned why I continue to shop PB. The Wichita store reminded me why I chose items for my home at PB. Thank you!”
