The service at the Greenwich location is awesome. The staff is always very nice at the Harry St location! They did a great job doing an alignment on my lowered car and got it done, nice and professional. They used a paper mat on the floor mats so they don't get the cars floor mats dirty which I appreciate it! Slightly less expensive than Costco, and much more convenient and customer friendly. The sales associate advised me that the tires I selected were available, but were being discontinued and I would be unable to match in the future if desired. He pointed me to a comparable and less expensive Firestone product. I accepted the free wheel alignment check. It came back showing so little deviation that the sales associate advised it did not justify expense of an alignment service.
I had another excellent experience at Firestone on North Greenwich. Carrington Crum and his crew do a great job of service and are conscientious in regards to time. I will be back again and I live far west almost to Goddard.
