“Was happy with the overall visit. New tires, new shocks and struts, and an alignment. Pricing was fair. Their online quote to sent to customers could use some work. Employees were very friendly. My only dislike was their credit card fee, which was displayed clearly but I forgot about. Don’t like paying a fee on top of a $2,000 service visit.”

“unbelievable friendly and customer service oriented. Went in to see about check eng light and surging and missing out on mini countryman. Auto zone read codes and said to replace mas, so I did and the air filter too. Still had miss and surge and eng light would't reset. So went to GMW for help. Very sweet reception gal said they could schedule me in a month, and I said Well I guess I can leave it because I afraid to drive anymore missing and loping with the eng. light on. She said that a technician can read the codes to see so she had a tech come out to my car to check codes. Ben checked the codes for me and it still had the same code of the bad mas so he popped the hood and found a loose on the air intake at the bottom of engine on the left side. He got a couple of tools and hooked it up for me and that fixed all my problems. Car runs great! And they wouldn't charge me anything. I will defiantly be going there for service and give and all thumbs up to GMW and Ben a super technician.”
“Highly recommend this small town, locally owned family business. The owner-operators and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I particularly appreciate they send me photos of the parts with either a call or text to tell me what's wrong with my vehicle and the cost before repair so I can make the best informed decisions of priority needed repairs due to current economic challenges. They also manage to keep me informed to limit the impact to my business operations having a vehicle in their shop for turn around time. Thank you for keeping my 200k mile vehicle in sound operational condition so I can travel safely throughout the tri-state region! Money well spent. She runs like a new truck after the 200k mile maintenance was completed.”

“It was good service. Cory was very nice and personable. However, there was one small problem. Your store was out of my oil filter, and I was told to go down the street to auto zone. Auto zone was also out of the part so they referred me to oreillys and they had it. I had to pay almost 20$ for the filter and I was told by Cory that he discounted the full price of the filter. Well, upon inspecting my receipt, I had a 25$ off coupon for you guys, but he also gave me a 5$ discount for the part… not the full 18$ and some change it showed on the receipt I gave him like I was promised. I did only have to pay an extra 13$ than I should have, plus time spent hunting the part down. But overall, it was a good experience and Cory was very friendly. The inconvience isn’t worth not coming back over. I’ll probably come back here next time I need an oil change.”
