They’ve never tried to take advantage of me, as plenty of shops have tried in the past, and I know I can trust them with my car. Definitely recommend to anyone trying to find a good local european shop in wichita.”

“Chris and his team were able to diagnose and fix a relatively complex transaxle issue with my gen 2 Prius and replace the hybrid battery. I took it to Midwest after Eddy's Toyota misdiagnosed the issue and tried to charge me over $1000 to fix something that wasn't broken.
Chris will use OEM parts and I trust him and his team to diagnose and fix hybrid related issues more than the Toyota dealership in town. I would recommend him to any other hybrid owners.
They communicated clearly with me through the whole repair process and Chris provided excellent customer service. They aren't much cheaper than the dealership service department, but they did the job right when others couldn't.
