I had a great experience with this local U-Haul neighborhood dealer! The customer service was excellent from start to finish—friendly, patient, and very helpful. The staff made the rental process quick and easy, answered all my questions, and made sure I had the right equipment for my move. The truck was clean and ready to go when I arrived, and returning it was just as smooth. It’s nice to see such genuine, friendly service in the neighborhood. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future rentals and highly recommend this location to anyone needing a U-Haul!”
“Was very easy. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the limited availability of vehicles. I made an appointment online and went inside to get the key. Takes about 10 minutes to verify your driver's license and confirm your payment. But then they give you the key and it's easy out of the parking lot. Return was simple too. Drop box for after hours return.”

“I rented a car to make a trip to Chicago, and went to Budget. They gave us a brand new 2019 Ford Edge, with only 500 miles on it. It was a delight to drive and the price made it cheaper than operating my own car for the trip. I was pleasantly surprised when the agent at the airport told me she would love my business but I would save money by going to a neighborhood pick up place oh, and she was right. I saved about $40 compared to the price I was given from the website for the airport pick-up.”

“We like the Andover location because it is close and they are very polite. You also might get to see their kitten and other customers bring in their dogs. Very cool place to visit. Thanks again. The u-haul was clean and worked well. Only downside was the 10’ truck does not have a ramp and man do we wish it did.”
