“Was very easy. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the limited availability of vehicles. I made an appointment online and went inside to get the key. Takes about 10 minutes to verify your driver's license and confirm your payment. But then they give you the key and it's easy out of the parking lot. Return was simple too. Drop box for after hours return.”

“I rented a car to make a trip to Chicago, and went to Budget. They gave us a brand new 2019 Ford Edge, with only 500 miles on it. It was a delight to drive and the price made it cheaper than operating my own car for the trip. I was pleasantly surprised when the agent at the airport told me she would love my business but I would save money by going to a neighborhood pick up place oh, and she was right. I saved about $40 compared to the price I was given from the website for the airport pick-up.”

“All the staff at pickup were very friendly! There was a system freeze and they handled it so calm and collected and knew the exact workaround within minutes. They also had great interaction with eachother organizing pulling up the truck and ensuring the rented dolly was in place. There's a shop dog and a shop cat, they're very polite, love scratchies and add a very home like feel. Plus the store has some really cool stuff to check out with as well.”
