Received notification of a parcel in my cluster box and the key provided did not open the parcel box. Call the PO and was told they would check it out. Just received a call from the Andover Post Office that they had hand deliver the package to my door. Great service!!

The associates were very friendly. They worked fast and I was in and out of there in a matter of just a few minutes.

This is one of the best and friendliest post offices in the wichita area. I've been to several of them and this one along with rose hill are pleasant and super helpful every time.
