I went in on April 15 around 9am to certify mail my tax returns for the first time. All the workers were very nice and more importantly professional. Although there are a ton of cars outside, there wasn't much of a line where service was. Even if there was, they move quickly.

Always several people ahead of me in line but just a single clerk working. I have a bad knee and standing in line is uncomfortable but there's no place to sit. Pretty obvious that customer care and comfort is not a priority and it hasn't been since postal service was privatized.
