I had a great experience buying some neat souvenir gifts from the online gift shop! Thank you to the staff (Mary Jane and Mindy) for assisting me! I have yet to visit the museum, and I am very eager to do so when I visit Atchison!

Excellent little museum. Racially lived the hologram of Ms. Earhart. Very interactive Museum and very informative. Highly recommend.

Wow. I mean wow. I work in aviation and was responsible for a museum. This is a dream. There are 14 interactive stem/steam activities. Great for kids. Great for absolutely everyone. We're in Atchison, Kansas! This is world class. There is an Electra here.
The Amelia Earhart Hangar Museum honors Earhart’s aviation legacy and inspires all generations in the pursuit of flight.
The centerpiece is Muriel — the world’s last remaining Lockheed Electra 10-E — an aircraft identical to the plane Earhart flew on her final flight.
Fourteen, interactive, immersive STEM exhibits take visitors through Earhart’s adventurous life — from growing up in Atchison, Kansas, to the height of her worldwide fame — as the first woman to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean.
**Last entry to the museum at 4 pm to allow visitors enough time to make it through all exhibits.**
