Employees don’t seem to care about waiting customers and take their sweet time getting orders done and clearly don’t read instructions of the order itself. 40 minutes waiting in the store for them to complete my personal order.

My wife ordered a pizza from this location. When the order was delivered, the pizza was totally wrong. She called the store to get the correct pizza and was asked to call back in 30 minutes. THAT IS RIDICULOUS. So my wife tells him she's pretty upset and the worker said and I have 5 people giving me the side eye because I'm on the phone with you. Absolutely worthless customer service. Will never order from here again if thats how they treat their customers.

Hours for takeout and kitchen are wrong. They say they close it down at 11pm not 11:30pm. Casey's needs to fix hours immediately. They forgot my salsa for my taco pizza yet again.

Whatever you are craving guaranteed they will have something for you to buy. Their wide variety of snacks and drinks is awesome! Also they always have some kind if Casey's rewards promotion going on which is an added bonus if you're a Casey's reward member ?

This Casey's had lower gas prices than most in the area. We like Casey's because they have good selection of qualityhot items which many C-stores do not. They offer for sale pizza and chicken wings all day and into the evening. We visited here(repeatedly) May 2023.

If Jessica were working by herself today this Casey's would be getting 5 starts from me. 17th and main Atchison is 930 am 01,18,2024 . Unfortunately for this Casey's Tabitha and Lisa were in the store at this time a fuse had blown in the store and a couple of their appliances weren't working size and groans from Tabitha when she had to remove her earbuds from her ear assured me everything was working and went back to work I asked a second time she referred me to Lisa who came out rolling her eyes sighing and grunting she looked around a little bit and I asked her if she knew the breaker box was she said not right now I don't and walked away Jessica who was working the cash register and already busy who is extra polite when I came in and tentative to my needs when there was no customers broke away from her station to remedy the problem I'm headed to work and I appreciate Jessica and her going above and beyond not only her job duties but the duties of Lisa who I'm guessing is a manager and the cook who is too busy jamming out to her earbuds to help a customer.

I live about 20 minutes away from this Casey's, so I order my pizza before I leave the house, and everytime we get here we have to wait for the pizza to be made, I would understand if we didn't pay for it until we got there, but we pay when we order and we still have to wait for it to be made.

Ordered through the Casey's app- apparently door dash brings that order - forgot cookies and marinara sauce - called store - refused to do anything about it and said I had to call door dash - again did not order through door dash.

In light of the fact that Gambino's is so weak, I guess I will be on the Casey's wagon for awhile. Their pizza is a little too greasy and grease always leaks through their boxes. But the pizza is pretty good and as of today, much better than Gambino's. (Also, of the price!) The one thing I dislike about Casey's is that often their specials are only available by ordering on-line. That would be OK if their app was more user friendly but it's not! Ordering is SO much simpler if you can call in on the phone!

I ordered a 8 piece traditional wings with buffalo and garlic Parmesan sauce. The wings were raw, rubbery and not cooked. I called to see if i could get a refund and I was put on hold, and never was helped. I called 3 times after that and no one answered. terrible customer service.

I always love their pepperoni pizza, not too greasy and just the right amount of pepperoni. Also tried their supreme which was just as good!

We are so limited in Atchison, but I won't be ordering from here again. I spent $25 and absolutely everything was cold and over cooked. I only ate a half of the tenderloin because I was hungry and it was the least horrid of the whole order. Just simply awful. Sorry I couldn't give it 0 stars.

Overall a clean Casey’s. Their store is always clean and everyone is always nice. The reason I rate a 4 is because I’ve craved long John donuts my whole pregnancy and I think I’ve only been able to get them like 6 times my whole pregnancy. Every time I go into this Casey’s their donut case is normally full with every other donut but the long Johns. So what I would change is how often they put long johns in their donut case. Other than that it’s a great store. ☺️
