Each episode has been a major inconvenience.Assistant Branch Manager Aminah Tiller calmly (I had a bit of an attitude) and professionally restricted my account usage to allow outstanding checks to clear and preventing outside access to the account, opened a new one, and ordered a new debit card and checks.Fraud Manager Aly Simons was courteous and responsive when there was a glitch and my card was restricted from my own use while trying to purchase gas in Missouri.Thanks to the professional handling of this matter by Aminah and Aly, I have decided to retain Cap-Fed as my banking partner.Please do what you can to shore up security to discourage frequent intrusions on accounts.”
