“My experiences with customer service have been mixed over the 18 years I have been utilizing this location. Most employees have been polite and helpful, but none compare to Amarian. I'm always pleased when I walk in and he is at the counter. He consistently offers kind, patient, courteous, helpful service every single time. For my sake I hope that Amarian will work there for many years!”

“Anneliesse at the UPS Store is the real deal. Every time I need to ship something she actually takes the time to figure out the smartest, cheapest way to get it there instead of just ringing me up and sending me on my way. She’s patient, knows her stuff, and never makes you feel rushed. What really sets her apart though is how helpful she’s been when we’ve needed custom stuff for events. She’s put together packaging and presentation materials that looked way more professional than what we could have done ourselves, and she always has good ideas on how to make things work without overcomplicating it. It’s rare to find someone who treats your packages and your projects like they actually matter. Anneliesse does. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for her if you need anything done right.”

“I use this post office rather then Leavenworth's because it's a little closer but also because the gentleman is so courteous, resourceful and quick so others don't have to wait. I always chat a bit and thank you for his dedication. He needs to know how much he is appreciated.”

“I got my passport here a few years ago and now was able to ship internationally for as little as $25 whereas UPS across the street was going to charge me $500+. It’s insane the difference for the same service. Maybe UPS isn’t internationally friendly. This store is close to my work place and such a good convenience.”

“After talking about it for months I finally made it in and asked myself why the heck did I wait so long. Small quaint place with a great vibe. Love little local diners like this. Food didn't disappoint and Kelly the owner took the time to go over the menu with us first timers and check in on us personally after our food arrived. I had the tenderloin sandwich and fries special which was very good. Looking forward to trying other things on the menu especially the K-32 burger. Owner also explained some of the specials that aren't on the regular menu so look forward to stopping in and trying some of those too! My co-workers all were excited I showed them this Edwardsville treasure and are looking forward to visiting again soon.”
