“After talking about it for months I finally made it in and asked myself why the heck did I wait so long. Small quaint place with a great vibe. Love little local diners like this. Food didn't disappoint and Kelly the owner took the time to go over the menu with us first timers and check in on us personally after our food arrived. I had the tenderloin sandwich and fries special which was very good. Looking forward to trying other things on the menu especially the K-32 burger. Owner also explained some of the specials that aren't on the regular menu so look forward to stopping in and trying some of those too! My co-workers all were excited I showed them this Edwardsville treasure and are looking forward to visiting again soon.”

“We bought two recliners from IKEA and they used RXO to deliver them to us. RXO was great. They kept us informed exactly on what was happening with the shipment, the two young men who delivered it were professional, courteous and friendly and brought the boxes into the room we wanted to use to set the recliners.”

The woman I didn't get her name sorry I should have gotten it but she helped me so much she helped me open the doors when I was leaving she helped me carry my packages around she helped me get boxes for him the products that I was selling and then she's did all the work of putting the boxes together and packing the stuff I was selling. “I’ve always had a great experience at The UPS Store! The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional, and they always make the process quick and easy. I’ve used them for shipping, printing, making copies, and other services, and I’ve always been happy with the results.
What I appreciate most is how dependable and efficient they are. Even when they’re busy, the staff takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly and that you have what you need before you leave. They’re knowledgeable, welcoming, and always willing to help with questions.
It’s nice having a place you can count on when you need something shipped or printed without any hassle. I’ve had consistently positive experiences here and will definitely continue using them. Great customer service and a very convenient location. Highly recommend!”

“My experiences with customer service have been mixed over the 18 years I have been utilizing this location. Most employees have been polite and helpful, but none compare to Amarian. I'm always pleased when I walk in and he is at the counter. He consistently offers kind, patient, courteous, helpful service every single time. For my sake I hope that Amarian will work there for many years!”

After all the terrible experiences I've had at other FedEx locations it's a relief to find this place. When I first came here I was helped by Brandon he answered all my questions and helped with things he didn't even have to help with which surprised me. later I was helped by the manager and she also went out of her way to make sure everything was done right which I really appreciated.”

“I love using Estes. They have great volume rates on some lanes and the service is excellent. They have handled even the most interesting of pick up a deliveries for us. Whenever there is an issue with a shipment they resolve it very fast which is a huge help. I recently used the to move a shipment to the new Brunswick terminal in Georgia which can be a challenge given the requirement for carriers to register online for an appointment ( entering the weight of each piece which can be a pain)but Estes handled it with no problem at all. They made my life so much easier. I will continue to use them whenever I can.”

“as a mercari, and online seller, never had a problem sending packages, have my label ready and they provide me with a receipt and im set to go, although slow at times, not the employees fault but the customers! 9/10”
“I got my passport here a few years ago and now was able to ship internationally for as little as $25 whereas UPS across the street was going to charge me $500+. It’s insane the difference for the same service. Maybe UPS isn’t internationally friendly. This store is close to my work place and such a good convenience.”
