Every single thing they delivery is covered in so much dirt I have to unpackage outside. this is from the small package I got today. I have had boxes delivered that have gaps in seams and items inside are this dirty from Fed Ex

The people working at the office were great and very helpful. The drivers and customer service from the 1 800 # were absolutely terrible. Thank you for resolving the issue and getting me my package.

Fed ex ground was very nice. Make sure you come at customer service hours and pull to middle of fence where gate is not where the security guard is even though the officer was very nice and helpful.
