Always had a good relationship with the drivers picking up our packages or pallets that need delivered never a problem when using FedEx

Had a package requiring signature that was never attempted to deliver. I have cameras on the property but no drivers showed up at the times they supposedly attempted delivery. There were also multiple people there to sign but now I have to drive 30 min across town to pick it up size their drivers wont do their jobs...

As the delivery driver was pulling out of our driveway on May 13, 2023, he ran over our giant breed Great Dane dog. My husband and son witnessed the event, ran out to our dog and watched as the driver continued driving down the road. He never slowed down or stopped. Our dog died from sustained injuries.

Third party delivery drivers consistently do not do their job when it comes to delivering packages to me. Hub/drivers come from Wichita, KS to my home about hour and 15 minutes maximum, that they make up LIES (false reporting) that give them reason to delay timely completion of their task.

I'm getting really tired of your delivery drivers leaving expensive packages in front of my garage and that of my neighbors. You know porch pirating is a big issue as it is and you're only encouraging it. Your competitor in the brown trucks has no problem making an effort to walk it a few more feet and hide it behind a column on the porch. Try harder please.

Was supposed to receive our couch that was to be delivered in 7 packages, we only received 4. When we called to inquire about where the rest was we were informed that they ‘forgot’ to unload it and they close at 1. We now have to wait until Monday. This just seems VERY lazy and unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. A package that was shipped to me had a signature required instructions to it by mistake. I called the shipper ask them to remove the requirement they did as I ask. FedEx will not release the shipment without a signature because they claim the package needs a signature even thought the shipper removed that requirement. So basically FedEx is not doing what they are being paid to do. Horrible customer service

No show the first day said i was not their have cctv cameras said to be early the next day showed up at 3:00 in the afternoon said they could not find my home they didn't know how to use Google I guess would give them negative Stars if I could

Fedex has the absolute WORST customer service in the business. Can't get to a representative, automated line runs you in circles or disconnects you. You can't accomplish something as simple as asking to make sure someone calls you when a package arrives! It's disgraceful! I mean all their competitors at least have a way to get to a person! Absolutely disgraceful!
