“Took the intro class here with Emma (I think that was her name). It was definitely a challenge for me. There were a few places I got a little lost, but our instructor did a fairly good job communicating. I was a little disappointed with no keys for the lockers. I would recommend people leave their valuables in their locked car. I'm going back for more. We'll see how it goes!”
“The Buckle is one of my favorite places for jeans. I recently bought a pair that needed to be altered on the length. Usually we are able to order my size online, but this style doesn't come in the length I need. Alterations are free, so that wasn't an issue, but a bonus. The issue was, I bought the jeans out west. I didn't ask how long the alterations would take, but I called a week later to see if they were done. The sales associate found them in back, still not altered. I was informed they needed to be taken to the east location to be altered. The associate said she could take them that night, as she lived on the east side and would be glad to do it. I was pleased again. Five days later I got a call from the east store that they were ready to be picked up. I did then have to drive to the east side to get them. I just wish the associates would have explained the process so I would have known what to expect. I do love my jeans though!”

“My sis has a store card I only shop Walmart we had a sister date she drug me in and omg the staff so nice helping us and I spent less honestly 1/2 of what I do a Walmart with the sales and the clearance racks my gosh I paid 7.97$ for Old Navy jeans off a sale rack regular price was still only 39.99$ can you believe that I'm doing all my shopping here from now on the quality is so much better than buying cheap jeans at Walmart that you have to replace in a year to when you can buy cheaper or the same price of Old Navy jeans that last for many years and look great and the tops in the shoes and the accessories are unbelievable I'm so excited that was the best sister date that I've had in a long time we always have our sister dates but this one I got more from it than I've ever had thank you Old Navy In the photos are my sis the one with glasses my with darker longer hair than white shirt my girlfriend and the other picture is also my mom and brother LAST YEAR CHRISTMAS matching Christmas can't wait till this year”

“Great place to shop always have something to buy. The stuff there always changes so you can find anything there. Place is somewhat messy but not the employees fault they do the best they can especially when they are short staffed. If customers would put stuff back up or back where it goes and control their kids and not let them open stuff or rampage through items the place would look much better.”
“Where do I start? DSW is the mecca of shoe stores. The customer service isn't bad either. I hadn't been to this store in a few years. Believe it or not, I'm not a shoe fanatic. But, when I have specific shoe needs, DSW is my go-to. I was in need of wide calf boots. I already knew there was only 1 store that could fill my order. I originally ordered a pair of boots from their website. This turned into a disaster. FedEx, the delivery provider, totally dropped the ball. I waited 2 weeks for my delivery, but I also dealt with incompetence on behalf of FedEx. After receiving my order, unfortunately, the boot was too large in the calf. But for those out there who need a plus, plus size calf boot, check out DSW. I went to the store located on Greenwich and immediately received the best customer service. Angie was patient and took time to hear me vent about my dilema. Cathy(maybe with a K) stopped what she was doing to help me find another boot. She also offered her input on what style fit me best. She instructed me that the boot I truly wanted could be purchased online. This time, the store would order for me. Well, Angie did her best to get my exchange/return finalized. But then a problem with the gift card system tried to disrupt our transaction. My original purchase was put on a gift card, and then I could purchase the new boot. I had to place the order myself and use the gift card. Did I mention DSW also has unbelievable discounts on shoe purchases. Especially during this time of the year. I actually saved money from my previous purchase and had extra leftover on the gift card. This transaction will ship to the store in about 7 days. I appreciate the professionalism, knowledge, patience, and friendliness of both Angie and Cathy. The store was also a little busy, but not one customer was ignored.
