“I live about an hour away but if I need any engine work done to my 2003 6.0l power stroke I come here I have had the truck since 2005 and have had it at multiple shops some made it worse some clocked the problem I found Kling from a guy at work around 2019 he set me up told me what he recommended and I went with it figured what’s the worse that could happen same as what other shops had done before that is not what happened though I remember he would call and update me what he found and what he was doing next and what he would like to look for next when I got my truck back I was very happy and pleased it ran the best it had in years I remember when he had it I thought he’s picking it apart but when I got it back I know why he picked it apart he picked it apart because he cared he wanted it right when it left he didn’t want to see it continue to nickel and dime me to death and since then it has not I had to take it back to him just this year 2025 for fuel injectors since he had it in 2019 to now I had had no engine issues and the injectors in my opinion were not an issue they had over 100,000 miles on them it was expected I believe if it wasn’t for Kling my truck would have been done a long time ago thanks Kling”

“I am disabled, but they are very patient. I had a flat on Saturday, a very nice gentleman changed it for me. I took it in on Monday, and Berning's fixed it, put it back on the car, put the donut tire back in properly, not just threw it in the back, and reset the sensors for me.

When I needed tires, I called Tires Plus to see if they could beat the price from Discount Tire, where I bought my last set. I spoke with Mike, and from the beginning he displayed fantastic customer service. Straightforward, professional, and just a good dude overall.

I appreciated Mike’s customer service so much that I chose Tires Plus even though they were slightly more expensive. They got me in and out quickly, and I was truly satisfied with both the tires and the service I received.

Unfortunately, just a few weeks later, one of my new tires was damaged beyond repair. I brought it back to Tires Plus to see what kind of warranty coverage I had, if any. This time I worked with Nate Ely, the store manager.

Nate explained that I had warranty coverage on the alignment, but unfortunately I had not purchased the roadside warranty for the tire. That came as a surprise to me because I don’t recall ever being offered that option by Mike. I explained the situation to Nate, and after looking into everything, he decided to honor my word as a customer and replace the tire under warranty anyway.

Mike was off that day, and instead of bothering him on his day off, Nate stepped up and handled the situation himself. Not only did he look out for his assistant manager, but he also took care of the customer. That says a lot about the kind of shop they run.

I can’t express how much I appreciated the way they handled everything. If I ever need anything done, Tires Plus will be my first stop. Nate and Mike earned a customer for life through the customer service they displayed.

One piece of advice: make sure you purchase the roadside warranty. It’s only about $11, and it is absolutely worth it.
