“Excellent service. Auto Craft KC fixed my sunroof as the tilt function was no longer working on my 2001 BMW 530i. I sourced the parts and they did the rest. They also replaced the sagging headliner cloth on the slider cover. Now my sunroof looks and works like new. I would recommend Dustin and his team at Auto Craft KC to anyone.”
“I had a service appointment at Walmart for new tires on FJ cruiser, it was a long wait, once on the road my FJ was shaking , I thought it was my vehicle, a friend said go to Phil Good tires and have Phil to check it out. Once arrived Phil diagnose the issue, said Nothing wrong with Vehicle they didn’t clean out the wheel wheels, all the crud and Old balance weights. Phil cleaned up the wheel wheels and balanced all four tires in my vehicle was running smooth like the first day I purchased it. I am so happy I made that decision to have Phil look at it. I didn’t want to deal with the long weight again with Walmart. I will recommend feel good service to anyone with WILL or TIRE issues or pacifically needing this new tires or wheels. Gave me a very reasonable price.”
“A true life saver!! I had a flat tire and needed it fixed ASAP. Most tire or auto shops are closed on Sundays, and I was able to call and get in right away. They were even about to close for the day and were able to squeeze me in to patch up my tire that had a nail in it. Truly saved the day and the service was done very quickly! “OTR: Monday-Friday 8 am-430pm. Live Unload, by hand. Overnight parking available on side street. Unload at Docks located on Adams street. Bathroom available during business hours. Tight turns, limited space, but manageable. No stores nearby.”
“Nice people but they start unloading until 7:30am is a sign saying shipping outside the building I get in to the wrong entrance . The only problem is they park cars in front of the door taking the space you need to park more comfortably. But good people”
“I really like this place, they are just good people at work to get a job done. I did not like seeing the 3.9 stars, because they deserve better in my opinion. I have 5 cars that have needed their services, and when called upon they did exactly what I asked, nothing more, and certainly nothing less than a good job. not everyone has a great day, or a perfect attitude, not the point. I will be taking my van there 4/11/25 to have a transmission oil cooler installed. As long as that all goes well. My review stands , and I recommend this service center 100%.”

“I called and spoke to Johnathan he was polite and professional. He gave me a price for a tire and a rim. I told him that I would be there in about 2 hours. After I arrived he checked me in and told me that it would be about 10 minutes to pull the truck in and he would come out and let me know. He said that they should be done within the hour. When I needed tires, I called Tires Plus to see if they could beat the price from Discount Tire, where I bought my last set. I spoke with Mike, and from the beginning he displayed fantastic customer service. Straightforward, professional, and just a good dude overall.
I appreciated Mike’s customer service so much that I chose Tires Plus even though they were slightly more expensive. They got me in and out quickly, and I was truly satisfied with both the tires and the service I received.
Unfortunately, just a few weeks later, one of my new tires was damaged beyond repair. I brought it back to Tires Plus to see what kind of warranty coverage I had, if any. This time I worked with Nate Ely, the store manager.
Nate explained that I had warranty coverage on the alignment, but unfortunately I had not purchased the roadside warranty for the tire. That came as a surprise to me because I don’t recall ever being offered that option by Mike. I explained the situation to Nate, and after looking into everything, he decided to honor my word as a customer and replace the tire under warranty anyway.
Mike was off that day, and instead of bothering him on his day off, Nate stepped up and handled the situation himself. Not only did he look out for his assistant manager, but he also took care of the customer. That says a lot about the kind of shop they run.
I can’t express how much I appreciated the way they handled everything. If I ever need anything done, Tires Plus will be my first stop. Nate and Mike earned a customer for life through the customer service they displayed.
One piece of advice: make sure you purchase the roadside warranty. It’s only about $11, and it is absolutely worth it.

“Receiving is on the odd side. If you come the night before, try to park in either 15 or 17 whichever is open and stay overnight there nobody is gonna mess with you. They took 3.5 hours to hand-unload me though, so 1 star less for it.”
