“We have been going here for our tire needs for years. This is the definition of a mom & pop place. No shiney sales floors and no big garages. You walk into the shop and tell Gene what you need. If they don't have it they will get it quickly. They mount and balance the tires then roll them out to your car on the lot and install them. They do tires and they do them well, you do not have to worry about them trying to upsell you on unecessary repairs, that's not their thing, they do tires.
When you go to L&M it feels like you are stepping back in time forty years. I mean that in the absolute best way. His business is about the customer, getting you what you need and back on the road. He is friendly and all of his workers a fast, professional and most importantly, competent.
I give them a try, you will not be disappointed.”

“OTR: Monday-Friday 8 am-430pm. Live Unload, by hand. Overnight parking available on side street. Unload at Docks located on Adams street. Bathroom available during business hours. Tight turns, limited space, but manageable. No stores nearby.”
“I felt my tire explode. It instantly went all the way flat. I was two blocks from Zavalas. I got there and a nice man aired up my tire so I could pull in the stall. I was expecting a new tire but somehow he fixed it for less than $20. It's still holding on strong. Good job!”
“I really like this place, they are just good people at work to get a job done. I did not like seeing the 3.9 stars, because they deserve better in my opinion. I have 5 cars that have needed their services, and when called upon they did exactly what I asked, nothing more, and certainly nothing less than a good job. not everyone has a great day, or a perfect attitude, not the point. “Nice people but they start unloading until 7:30am is a sign saying shipping outside the building I get in to the wrong entrance . The only problem is they park cars in front of the door taking the space you need to park more comfortably. But good people”

“I called and spoke to Johnathan he was polite and professional. He gave me a price for a tire and a rim. I told him that I would be there in about 2 hours. After I arrived he checked me in and told me that it would be about 10 minutes to pull the truck in and he would come out and let me know. He said that they should be done within the hour. I got a fair price and they treated me well. I definitely recommend this company for all you tire needs. Don't waste your time with those unprofessional truck stops.”

“Call Tires Plus — you won’t be sorry!
When I needed tires, I called Tires Plus to see if they could beat the price from Discount Tire, where I bought my last set. I spoke with Mike, and from the beginning he displayed fantastic customer service. Straightforward, professional, and just a good dude overall.
I appreciated Mike’s customer service so much that I chose Tires Plus even though they were slightly more expensive. They got me in and out quickly, and I was truly satisfied with both the tires and the service I received.
Unfortunately, just a few weeks later, one of my new tires was damaged beyond repair. I brought it back to Tires Plus to see what kind of warranty coverage I had, if any. This time I worked with Nate Ely, the store manager.
Nate explained that I had warranty coverage on the alignment, but unfortunately I had not purchased the roadside warranty for the tire. That came as a surprise to me because I don’t recall ever being offered that option by Mike. I explained the situation to Nate, and after looking into everything, he decided to honor my word as a customer and replace the tire under warranty anyway.
Mike was off that day, and instead of bothering him on his day off, Nate stepped up and handled the situation himself. Not only did he look out for his assistant manager, but he also took care of the customer. That says a lot about the kind of shop they run.
I can’t express how much I appreciated the way they handled everything. If I ever need anything done, Tires Plus will be my first stop. Nate and Mike earned a customer for life through the customer service they displayed.
One piece of advice: make sure you purchase the roadside warranty. It’s only about $11, and it is absolutely worth it.

“Receiving is on the odd side. If you come the night before, try to park in either 15 or 17 whichever is open and stay overnight there nobody is gonna mess with you. They took 3.5 hours to hand-unload me though, so 1 star less for it.”

“Like a good BBQ spot, they are always busy. I have been grateful for their work for a few years now. Also, if you get 'sent up the mechanic ladder' for troubleshooting in the wyco lake area; the ladder finishes here. Their pricing is fair and their results are obvious.”
