“Outstanding work and Outstanding service.I went to Big O Tires at the Legends in KCK over a year ago. Thinking it was a large company, I was a little hesitant, but was willing to take a shot at getting some work done. Since the pandemic, a lot of the smaller garages have a couple of weeks to even over a month wait to get work done on your car.I called and was pleasantly surprised and impressed with Joe who told me he could get my car in the next day. Since that day over a year ago, I have been nothing but totally impressed with the quickness, quality and just as important, the great customer service.While I have had a good experience with everyone who I have talked with, Joe has been outstanding.I have had many conversations and interactions with Joe. Joe has always been professional and upfront about any work he feels needs to be done. This past summer I had a couple of dealerships look at my car because there was something not right with my car. Very frustrated, I thought even though my car is a VW Passat (a car that a lot of shops won’t work on)I would take it to Joe and his mechanic to see what they could come up with. That same morning Joe called and said we got you taken care of….the push start on my car was sticking causing multiple issues with my car. That fixed most of my problem, but there seemed to be another issue with my car. I took it back to Joe and within an hour he called and said I don’t want to do anything on your car until you have transmission checked, I think your transmission is going bad. Turned out Joe was correct I did have to get a new transmission. At this point I call Joe tell him what I am wanting looked at on both my cars and bingo every time he gets the job done.I have recommended Big O Tires to multiple other friends and they have also received the same great fast service. I can give no higher recommendation that if you are having issues with your car than to give Big O Tires a call at the Legends. While I have bought tires from them (they have been great as well) they are more than just your big corporate tire shop who doesn’t care about anything except for your money. Give Big O a call and I bet you will have the same great experience that I have had over this past year.”

“I have gone to this place for tiresfor two years now and I have a size 18. It's impossible to find good tires used like this bad boy right here. The Co-owner changed my tire and in my tire size put the tire in my car. Conversed with me the whole time. Tire was CHEAP!!!! And look this bad boy is still smelling like a credit card payment. Omar was his name... I was really impressed with how polite and business appropriate he was. Not going any where else unless they are out of stock on my tire size. Thank you so much man!”

“Don't usually post reviews, but I feel compelled to write one here.At the time of writing this, they are supposed to open at 8 am. Gave them a few calls at that time and no one picked up. Unfortunate, but I just moved on. Only con of this place. An hour later I decide to give them another go and get ahold of someone. Tells me to come right on over (found out later this was due to some issues and they were forced to open later) as they were just opening.I arrive and they get me in and begin working on my vehicle within 10 minutes. I'm there under half an hour total.When they hand me the bill, pricing was very competitive (usually get my tires from Costco, which would run me about $260+/tire [NEW]) and I paid about a quarter of what I'd usually be charged (note the tires I got here were USED).Very pleased with the quick service and very reasonable pricing. Half an hour, replaced two flats and paid under $120 total.”

“After having gone to a tire place, I think big O tires and they ““ fixed my tire, but they didn’t know what they did to it and I still had low pressure pretty much daily and it was getting increasingly worse. I took it too good your tires where they only heard my concerns, but they investigated it to the held at the end 20 bucks in a bad bead was the issue, but that wouldn’t be apparent to the naked eye, especially given that they had to check for a leak in the tire and a leak in the stem. I appreciate it all the effort and the honesty of the service workers.”

“Receiving is on the odd side. If you come the night before, try to park in either 15 or 17 whichever is open and stay overnight there nobody is gonna mess with you. They took 3.5 hours to hand-unload me though, so 1 star less for it.”
