I always hope to see him when I arrive because I know my package will be in good hands. Dan is very patient and understanding with every customer. Working at UPS can't be easy, but they need more employees like Dan, who make a real difference. I hope he moves up the chain.”
“This was hands-down the best post office experience I have ever had! From the moment I walked in, every employee had a positive, can-do attitude and genuinely wanted to help.
I was in a serious pinch—needing my passport in about a month—and they walked me through every step of the process, including expediting fees, required documents, and timelines. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel simple and manageable.
I had already been driving all over Kansas City trying to get this figured out. Earlier in the day, I went to the Monticello post office as a walk-in, but the gentleman there seemed unwilling to help and told me my only option was to go to Chicago to get my passport.
This location was the complete opposite—friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling confident and taken care of. I can’t recommend them enough!”
