I have had services for almost a year. I was extremely happy at first. No problems, no outages, no lagging, and everyone can connect. But ever since the outage last month I have had nothing but issues. Some of my devices won't connect at all some won't stay connected. Called to address issues and tech had me unplug router and my TV and still didn't work. Told me I would have to wait for a pro tech to call me tomorrow. Now I have another whole day without service I pay for. Very inconvenient and starting to rethink my decision of them as my Internet provider. I requested credit but that was ignored as well.

The contractor they hired to bury their cable messed up my lawn and their boss said that would fix it they haven't and it's been 2 months there's no way I'm going to spend any money on their internet unless they fix my yard.

Robert was the tech who came out to install our new fiber optic internet. It was easy for us - he had to trek through some brush, and talk with neighbors to get to the pole where he had to hook up. But it was great for us, and we immediately saw the significant increase in speed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

London proctor was a great tech got me up and going in not time at all. Answered every question I had and got all devices hooked back up. Know I have WiFi throughout my house and shop.

Everything works great but I still have a wire on the ground from my house all the way to the back yard pole that hasn't been buried yet. Makes it hard to mow the yard. And is a major trip hazard. Almost busted my butt a couple times from it tripping me.

I couldn’t be happier with IdeaTek internet service. Blazing hot speeds and no downtime. My high definition televisions have never looked better. The difference between my previous cable provider and IdeaTek’s fiber optic is like day and night. I highly recommend them.
