Switched from Cox to Ideatek because of how many outages we were having on the regular. The person who came to install the internet did a fantastic job. Left a little bit of stuff behind but no biggie. Absolutely love my service they are super friendly and have an excellent customer service.

I have worked with Ideatek for several years as part of my job. They have been a great partner for our business. They came to my neighborhood this summer, so I was able to sign up for service at home. The installation crew was very friendly and professional. Internet and phone are working great.
