Several people greeted us and offered help. The man that helped us find what we needed even escorted us to the check out and offered to carry mail box post for us. Nice man.

Upon entry of the store, I am always wonderfully assisted. They always have ideas and stretch they're experience and opinions to solve ones issues. I would NOT go to independence KS or bartlesville. I really prefer their store environment and employees.
Thanks to them, I was longing to correct issues with my sound studio set up and needed corrections for the screen and piano equipment, my ramp for the disabled to my home, and my new kitchen appliances. alongside all the projects which they were knowledgeable and utilized each others knowledge admiting to the fact when in doubts, or lacks of understanding.

Best service of any hardware store I have ever been in, by far! Great attitudes, people, products, and selection! If you can't find it in this store, make sure to ask because you probably just overlooked it! Make sure if you need help with a project or just need advice on which product works best, or need help to pick out the perfect gift(they have plenty to pick from) for the handyperson in your life!
Be sure to go to Olson's Ace Hardware if you're in Coffeyville Kansas or traveling through! Especially if something broke or even if you broke it and want to fix it before anyone else knows it was broken! They are THE BEST!!

Recently I was looking for pool shock and saw Ace had it on sale for 2.99. When I put it in my cart it said it would be available the next day. The next day I saw some prices but not that particular one so I called before driving and they said yes it was on sale. I have to admit she didn't sound like she knew or cared to be bothered. I'm sure she was "extremely " busy. Well after driving 25 miles to pick it up it was 3 times the sale price. I hadn't lived in this area in a while but where I lived the Ace Store was helpful and friendly. Needless to say this store lost a prospective customer.
