I came to us cellular for a friend, and I was amazed at how cheap there phones were, $30.00 for a brand new Motorola, and he only pays $40.00 for phone service with unlimited internet. The lady who helped me Dayza Chapman, was very professional, new every question I asked. Because of her I'm actually gonna leave straight talk and join us cellular myself. It's not every day you get service like that, she is on her way to management for sure.

Called asking help activating my new phone and moving data to the new phone purchased from corporate via phone call. The person’s voice answering strongly sounded like they would rather not be bothered. I’ll go to another store before patronizing this one.

Great customer service. But why is it when i have 10 days left before a payment is due that my $80 “unlimited data” plan slows down. I never had this issue on pre-paid service.

This is the worst and I do mean the worst store. You have to wait an hour or more just to pay a bill. Something so simple shouldn't take that long. US Cellular corporate needs to do something about the poor service in this store.

New phone, with contract, insurance. Quit working properly. Manager agreed that it was not working. Insurance (according to him) did not include replacing a non working phone! No help at all! Don't bother to get the insurance or go to this store for any assistance.

So I was in US Cellular today there were three people working one was a trainee there were four people waiting in line to do something I sat there for 25 minutes waiting for a guy to get off his phone or for a lady to try to help somebody but I was in there and no one was doing anything. I have been a customer for many years now and to wait that long and not even be said hi to is upsetting

I wanted to disconnect my mom's phone, there is NO way to do that online anywhere... Had to go into the store, they were very nice and took care of it right away, no hassles!! ?✌️
