The restroom was fine. Thankfully, no line when I arrived. The store was well stocked. The beverage area had a lot of choices, for hot, cold and frozen. The cashier's were very kind and helpful.

Not terrible. Large lot, parking always available. Subway inside tends to be pretty slow.
Showers is where all the cons are: problems with hot water. Allegedly their heater is bad. Shower announcements are barely audible. You have to hang out nearby. 3 out of 5 showers are operational.
